Handbook


Our handbook is sectioned into several discrete documents, that can be collected in an A5 ring file. Layout is designed to faciliate two-sided (duplex) printing on A4, which when folded become handy-size A5 pamphlets. These are presented in Microsoft Word format for viewing, printing and download.

Awards 6-3Grade 6-3 Awards
The basic 4 Club awards, structured in line with British Gymnastics, begining at Grade 6, through to Grade 3. Routines cross referenced to Club routines.

Awards 4-1Grade 4-1 Awards
The top 4 Club awards, structured in line with British Gymnastics. For the more advanced Club Members. these arranged from Grade 4, through to Grade 1.

RoutinesClub Routines
Complete set of 24 Club routines arranged in a logical way, enabling easy progression, with minimal changes, from existing routines already practiced to more complex routines. All the B.G. Grade 6 - Grade 1 Compulsory routines are included.

A SessionsSenior Squad Consideration
Criteria for participation at "A" Sessions. Invitation is by individual consideration once candidates are at an appropriate standard.
