Proficiency Awards

Ministry Of Air
Grade Awards are based on accomplishment of specific routines & moves, designed towards secure development of skills and ability. These awards enable recognition of the readiness to progress to more complex skills, as well as the commitment and achievement of the performer.
These awards are also a good indicator of the readiness of the performer to progress to the next B.G. Competition grade.
The routines are based on the Ministry Of Air Development Routines, and should be performed at appropriate standards for execution / form. The skills are assessed individually and in combination and are complementary to the routines, and form part of the safe evolution of the performer's range of skills.
Our first award is the minimum Standard required to join Ministry Of Air. Prospective candidates work with us for a period of 5 consecutive weeks, and would be expected to pass the Induction Award at a minimum of 70%. (This is not the only requirement to join.)
